GradFund Fellowship Advising services are for students currently enrolled in a Rutgers School of Graduate Studies master's or doctoral program or a master's degree program based in a New Brunswick/Piscataway school. To log in to the platform to schedule an appointment, click on the "login" button.
GradFund advising meetings are available to Rutgers graduate students and take place online over Zoom. If you have a question about your appointment or applying for external funding, please email us at fellowship_advisor@gradfund.rutgers.edu
GradFund Self-Paced Guide to Grants & Fellowships Canvas course
- Available on Canvas is the GradFund Self-Paced Guide to Grants and Fellowships which provides students with a step-by-step guide on how to identify fellowships and grants that they are eligible to apply to for support, how to develop a plan to integrate applying for fellowships and grants into their graduate career and how to begin to develop and draft application essays. Fellowship Advising Fall 2025 Schedule
We offer three types of meetings.
- Help with a Funder: to learn more about the funder's review process and how to best frame your research and plans to the funder's goals.
- Application Review: to review application materials for one award application.
- Post-Award Consultation: to get help on how to move forward after being offered an award or two.
